Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of outboardconcierge.com, operated by Outboard Concierge LLC (“Outboard Concierge,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Website Purpose

This website provides information about marine electronics, marine electrical diagnostics, installations, battery and charging systems, marine networking, trolling motors, shallow-water anchor systems, and related mobile marine services offered by Outboard Concierge LLC.

Website content is provided for general informational and service-request purposes.

Service Requests

Submitting a service request, contact form, email, text message, or other inquiry does not:

  • Guarantee service availability

  • Guarantee an appointment

  • Create a service contract

  • Establish a final price

  • Authorize repairs or installation work

A service relationship begins only after Outboard Concierge and the customer agree to the scope of work, scheduling, pricing, and any other applicable terms.

Estimates and Pricing

Any pricing discussed before inspection or diagnosis may be preliminary.

Final pricing may depend on factors including:

  • Boat condition and accessibility

  • Existing wiring or equipment condition

  • Corrosion or damaged components

  • Parts and material requirements

  • Additional problems discovered during inspection or diagnosis

  • Marina, haul-out, access, parking, or third-party fees

  • Travel requirements

  • Changes requested by the customer

Additional work outside the agreed scope may require additional authorization and charges.

Scheduling and Access

Service scheduling is subject to availability, weather, vessel accessibility, marina rules, parts availability, and other circumstances.

The customer is responsible for providing lawful and safe access to the vessel and for obtaining any marina, property-owner, dock, gate, or facility permission necessary for Outboard Concierge to perform the requested work.

Marine Diagnostics and Repairs

Marine electrical and electronic problems may involve multiple systems, intermittent faults, pre-existing conditions, corrosion, improper prior installations, damaged wiring, network communication faults, or component failures.

Diagnosis does not guarantee that every underlying problem will be identified during an initial visit.

Additional diagnostic time, testing, parts, or repairs may be required.

Customer-Supplied Equipment

If Outboard Concierge agrees to install customer-supplied parts or equipment, we are not responsible for defects, incompatibility, missing components, incorrect specifications, manufacturer restrictions, or warranty limitations associated with customer-supplied products.

Any labor required to remove, diagnose, replace, or correct defective customer-supplied equipment may be separately chargeable.

Manufacturer Products and Trademarks

References to manufacturers or products such as Yamaha, Mercury, Suzuki, Garmin, Simrad, Minn Kota, Power-Pole, or other brands are for identification of products or systems we may service or work with.

Unless specifically stated otherwise, Outboard Concierge LLC is an independent business and is not claiming sponsorship, ownership, or endorsement by any manufacturer solely because its products are referenced on this website.

All third-party trademarks belong to their respective owners.

Website Information

We try to keep website information accurate and current, but marine equipment, specifications, manufacturer recommendations, pricing, and service availability can change.

Website information should not be treated as a final service estimate, technical specification, warranty determination, or manufacturer instruction.

Limitation of Website Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Outboard Concierge LLC is not responsible for losses arising solely from reliance on general information published on this website or from temporary website outages, technical errors, third-party links, or electronic communications failures.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to waive rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived.
